Product Designer and UX Researcher who wants to work on interesting problems at scale

At the Gojek Ads + Promos Platform team, I help build the tools that empower a million MSME & restaurant merchants across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore to connect with their customers & grow their businesses.
I primarily work with UX researchers, product managers, data scientists and business executives to frame problems, understand user needs and create and test hypotheses that are tied to product and business goals.
Most of my work’s been on the supply side - i.e new kinds of ad experiences that drive increased revenue for both gojek and our brand + merchant partners, as well as the branding/design system rules that govern how the ads behave and appear.
I’ve also worked on the demand side, helping to create some features of the web app that our food merchants use to create and run ad campaigns.
